The City of Stuart is currently accepting applications for various Advisory Boards.

If you would like to volunteer for one of the City’s Advisory Boards, please contact the City Clerk’s Office at (772) 288-5306  or by email at cwhite@ci.stuart.fl.us or fill out the Advisory Board Application.

2 openings:  Recreation Advisory Board

Make recommendations to the City Commission regarding proposed amendments to the text of the Stuart Comprehensive plan;

Make recommendations to the City Commission regarding proposed amendments to the text of the Stuart Land Development Code (LDR);

Make recommendations to the City Commission regarding proposed amendments to the Future Land Use Map component of the Future Land Use Element of the Stuart Comprehensive Plan;

Make recommendations to the City Commission regarding proposed amendments to the Zoning Map of the City in the form of zoning and rezoning;

Make recommendations to the City Commission regarding proposed annexations to the City;

Consider and make recommendations regarding the consistency of proposed developments with the various elements of the City Comprehensive Plan;
